Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of customer service fundamentals

As a Department Manager, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Build a team of passionate and knowledgeable team who strive to exceed customer service expectations by focusing on decreasing wait time, friendly customer interaction, and service recovery.
- Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and customer engagement. Including: Merchandising, pricing, transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, promotions and price changes.
- Enable a consistent experience for our customers by ensuring product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
- Be an expert of operations, accuracy, process and efficiency.
- Create a scheduling plan in partnership with your leader based off of monthly and weekly business workload and customer traffic.
- Manage the departments’ experience by anticipating and/or reacting with urgency to staffing or scheduling needs based on customer traffic and sales.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. Lead the team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all department process.
- Address store needs (in emergency or regulatory visits)
- All other duties based on business needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
