About the role and our team
Join our team as a Retail Services Assistant within the Manx National Heritage!
Manx National Heritage (MNH) is the trading name of the Manx Museum and National Trust. It exists to preserve, protect and promote the unique qualities of Manx natural and cultural heritage on behalf of the Manx community.
This role is within the Public Services Division, one of four Divisions within Manx National Heritage (MNH). The Public Services Division is split across 11 heritage sites and has responsibilities for Visitor Services, Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Communications and PR.
Working as part of a small team you will provide high class retail services which will play a key part to our visitor’s experiences when they visit the Manx Museum. It’s important you are aware of sales and profitability in the shop and how closely linked they are to the customer service you provide. Another strand to this role is to manage our online customer orders and event ticketing for Manx National Heritage as a whole.
