This is a rare opportunity to join us as a senior manager, to lead a project which spans across Retail Products and Labs. You’ll be driving forward a signature action for consumer relationships; to deliver in app onboarding for customers, including working with SMEs to enhance and improve onboarding across Savings and Credit Cards, as well as transforming the way we interact with customers throughout the 1st 100 days, helping to deepen our relationship with customers.

Key Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively to drive forward and deliver in app onboarding for customers and optimise cross product journeys.
- Support the strategic review and delivery of enhanced communication for customers during the 1st 100 days – creating deeper engagement with a more personalised and seamless experience.
- Influence and drive forward the ‘strategic north star vision’ of in-app onboarding – conducting consumer research and cross team collaboration to define vision and steps needed to deliver.
- Manage costs and benefits of the project – to ensure we're delivering on our commitments.
- Build and maintain senior customer engagement.
- Manage risk effectively, taking calculated risks and implementing appropriate and commercial mitigation strategies.
- Influence senior customers and build strong constructive stakeholder relationships to achieve strategic plans
- Continuously understand and monitor external markets and competitors.
We work in hybrid ways which involves colleagues spending at least two days per week, or 40% of their time at one of our office sites. You'll follow our team's hybrid working pattern, working a mix of home and office based working. We're happy to consider agile working requests.
Key Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Strong experience in project management, gained within a product risk management environment
- Able to demonstrate the deep commercial competence you’ve utilised in previous roles,
- Proven experience of using technology to drive positive change for Customers
- Great at sophisticated problem solving, with a track record of delivering results
- Leadership capabilities include leading others, collaboration with cross-team customers and very strong influencing skills
