As a Barista at Sodexo, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drinks and serving this along with food from our varied menu which includes cake, sandwiches & wraps, paninis & toasties, to name a few choices available. What you’ll do:
- Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Operating and maintaining coffee making equipment
- Operate a cash register (or equivalent), receiving payments and providing customer service
- Maintain proper security of cash and understand and follow Sodexo cash-handling policies and procedures
What you bring:
- Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Ability to use an espresso machine or willingness to learn barista service and food preparation
- Experience using a cash register or EPOS system
- Passion for maintaining a healthy and safe environment
