Job Title: Sales Executive

Experience Required: No experience, full in-house training provided

Location: Birmingham city centre

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 base (£35,000 after bonuses)

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to pitch our products and services to potential clients
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Proven track record of being able to stay calm in pivotal situations
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to cope well in a high pace environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,092.23-£28,868.77 per year
