As a Retail Sales Associate your primary duties will be:

  • Creating a welcoming and personalised shopping experience for every customer who enters our store.
  • Providing assistance, guidance, and direction to all customers.
  • Using questioning techniques to recommend the most suitable products based on the customer's needs.
  • Upholding and maintaining consistent customer service and interaction standards.
  • Helping with operational tasks as necessary, such as receiving inventory, preparing for audits, and promoting seasonal sales.
  • Promptly and professionally communicating customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Taking direction from Team Leads to meet the store's staffing and operational requirements.
  • Completing all mandatory training within the designated timeframe to ensure that compliance, knowledge, and safety are maintained.

Please note - this is an onsite position specifically based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.33-£12.33 per hour
