Job description
A Permanent Part/Full time role, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our retail team to assist day to day running of the store. As one of the largest bicycle stockist we pride ourselves on providing the best service, knowledge and professionalism within the industry.
The duties of the role are :
· Assist customers by providing excellent customer service
· Achieve good customer relations by having a helpful and friendly attitude
· Assist with deliveries and stock handling within the store as directed
· Accurately price stock and ensure proper stock rotation
· Maintain security within the store in line with company policies and procedures ensuring the security of property, stock and cash at all time
· Maintain till reconciliation and accuracy of associated paperwork (when required)
· Ensure the store is kept clean and tidy at all times
· Continuously develop product knowledge
· Aim to achieve and strive to exceed company sales/profit margin targets
· Liaise with suppliers to build good relationships ensuring any problems can be sorted quickly and effectively
· Maintain effective working relationships with the Partners, managers and colleagues in order to achieve business objectives and create a positive working environment
· Maintain displays and re-stock as necessary ensuring stock is kept clean and regularly tidied throughout the day
The hourly pay is dependant on applicants age.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £7.85-£11.55 per hour
