Business Analyst

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
• Analysing and interpreting complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve business processes and efficiency
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business processes and systems
• Supporting the implementation of new business systems and processes

You will have the following skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
• Experience in a similar role able to understand business requirements and develop suitable and robust processes
• Ideally experience in financial services but we are open to all strong candidates

Salary:

£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
