SUMMARY: The individual in this position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and to assist in the daily operations of the retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- to greet and serve customers in a professional and courteous manner and ensure that all customers are promptly attended to.
- to keep current on product information and knowledge.
- to maximize retail sales by offering the customer a complete solution to their presented needs and attempting to close the sale with every customer.
- to ensure that all sales orders, back orders, etc are followed up to completion.
- to ensure that all inventory is priced correctly and clearly.
- to ensure that the retail environment is clean and that the floor is well stocked.
- to maintain a business-like relationship and communicate with fellow sales associates
- work well with all managers and other personnel.
- to take direction and projects from the Management Team.
- to maintain an open and effective system of communications with the Management Team.
- to reflect a quality image for Beatties, yourself and your customers.
