Alan's Candle has just opened a new store in San Francisco, CA. We have two other stores in Laguna Beach, CA, and Brea Mall, CA. We are innovative and customer-centric. Our mission is to revive the magic candle culture in an eco-friendly environment. We handmade each candle to burn for a long time without deformation for a quality indoor environment, enhanced with innovative colorful designs and a diversity of pleasant natural fragrances. This art crafted candles were first popularized during the 1960s American hippie culture in San Francisco, California, and were introduced to China around the turn of the millennium, where they were blended with Asian elegance to create something new and magical, comparable to the allure of the Aladdin lamp!!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We pay an hourly rate + commission. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product knowledge, assisting with sales, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide customers with product information and advice.
- Keep up to date with product information and changes in pricing.
- Assist customers in making purchases.
- Maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
- Perform cashier duties as needed.
- Process returns and exchanges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
