We are a small family run retail jewellers, offering great customer service in a friendly, professional environment.
Our firm is seeking energetic and well-spoken individuals to work as Retail Sales Associates. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a retail establishment which is central to our community. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, as well as providing them with information about the products we offer. Our goal is to make the customer experience at our establishment positive and memorable, and we are looking for candidates who are driven to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive customer loyalty and sales, and develop new business opportunities.
- Interpret company policies and ensure that customers are aware of their rights.
- Follow dress code standards and store policies.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
