Job description
We are seeking a First Line Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
You will work closely with a diverse team of individuals who are all committed to meeting our Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in ensuring that all duties and requirements of the team are met, as well as individual targets.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with our Customer Relationship Manager- Have administrative ownership over a set of customer accounts
- Ensure that customer data is kept live and accurate
- Receive customer fault calls via email or phone
- Schedule and dispatch our engineers to meet the contractual requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have experience in a customer service role- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be comfortable creating and managing customer reports, such as monthly KPI reports
- Have knowledge in fire and security, as well as SAP, preferred but not essential
