Job description
We are looking for a retail shop assistant to help with for the day to day operations of our Pet Shop / Grooming Salon situated in Parson’s Green, London.
Le Wag is a small independent business, our goal is to provide outstanding dog grooming services and make a positive impact on our community.
We offer a range of selected healthy treats, designer accessories and toys.
RESPONSABILITIES
To support the team to achieve great business results (financial, quality, service)
Oversee day to day operations at the store
Maintaining appropriate stock levels
Quote clients about dog grooming appointment
Manage and keep reservations system up to date
Ensure that the highest levels of service are given at all times
To be a role model for the team, following every standard
Responsible for opening/closing the shop
Make coffees/teas
SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS
Previous experience working a store
Good communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Good organization skills
Good knowledge of dogs (willing to learn about breeds and dog grooming in order to help clients make appointments)
REQUIREMENTS
Available to work 1 day on the weekend (Saturday)
Confortable with handling clients and pets
Previous experience in similar environment

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
