What will you be doing?
You will ensure all of our customers receive first class customer service in store, and also through our other channels – phone calls, social media, emails.
You will be actively engaging with customers, establishing their needs, and helping to answer their questions.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer facing multi-channel retail environment.
- Knowledge of bicycle disciplines, associated brands, and different requirements from associated cyclists.
