Job description
We are looking for a confident candidate who works well within a small team. The successful candidate will -
- Create a welcoming atmosphere & great customer experiences
- You will help manage customer care and customer service inquiries with professionalism
- Follow and maintain company policies & procedures
- Develop an excellent knowledge of our products and services
- You will manage stock both on the shop floor and behind the scenes and operate the till system.
The successful candidate will be expected to work 3 days a week 9am-5pm which will include Saturday's.
