Customer Success Executive
This is a really exciting role working in a team in the daily delivery of tasks across the globe creative projects adding new partners, changing promotions, content and events within a department aligned to fashion brands.
This is a work from home role working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday paying £10.42ph. This is a temporary role until the end of 2023. Full training is given in this role together with a laptop. You must be able to work the Black Friday weekend
You’ll support the Customer Success Managers in delivering the daily tasks of the team, reporting when tasks are completed as well resolving/escalating issues that may block delivery. You will be an expert in giving Account Managers and Support teams a consistently high level of service and quality.
Day-to-day duties and what we need.
· Experience of working with Excel and Pivot Tables
· Working with media campaigns
· Dealing with client relationships
· Running trackers for reports
· Looking at audit codes and ensuring data is correct.
· Using Salesforce as a tool to monitor and record data.
· Dealing with invoice queries
· Working with emails and admin to ensure the smooth running of the team.
· Great attention to detail
· Working with the team across the globe to deliver work for our partner brands.
· Be the point of contact for internal teams to support the delivery of any new initiatives/workflows, adding your input into ideation.
