We're looking to hire an experienced Retail Sales Associate who is eager to become a part of a positive and motivated team. Working in the retail industry requires strong time management skills, the ability to work under pressure and great customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in retail sales and will have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sell merchandise to customers and prospects, answering product questions and delivering products to customers.
- Ensure that merchandise presentation is attractive and reflects company image.
- Order merchandise from suppliers.
- Handle customer service issues and complaints.
- Keep products organized and clean in the stockroom.
- Follow company procedures to ensure all sales are properly accounted for.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
