2024 Spring Insights into Tech – London
Keen to kickstart your career in FinTech and curious if J.P. Morgan might be a good fit for you? Over the course of this immersive experience you will gain an in-depth insight into our Technology teams, experience our inclusive culture and get the chance to put your skills and learning into practice through a collaborative team activity.
During the week you'll find out what it's like to work in our business and hear first-hand about the responsibilities and workdays of everyone from junior software engineers to Managing Directors. You'll discover just how deep our commitment is to our communities and employees, and how we're constantly innovating to meet their needs. We'll also help you improve your skills with interactive sessions, and give you time to network with each other and our business leaders.
What we’re looking for
This event is open to students expecting to graduate in 2026. We welcome applicants from computer science or related courses - You will also need communication skills (verbal and written), self-motivation and a passion for working in technology.
Applications are open to all eligible candidates and we are particularly keen to receive applications from under-represented groups.
