Job description
- Are you looking for a role with better career prospects and earnings?
- Do you have a passion for dealing with people?
- Have a retail, sales or customer service background and looking for a career that can incorporate this?
Then this may be the perfect role for you!
Aquirity is currently recruiting new talent with retail, hospitality or customer service experience to join our fundraising campaign. Whether you have sales experience in the Face-to-Face industry or you’re an experienced retail assistant looking to make the next step, we can't wait to hear from you!
You’ll be helping our new regional operation to raise funds on behalf of some of the largest companies across the UK. You’ll reap the rewards of our in-house training (led by industry experts and record-breakers) in recruitment, customer service, marketing and HR teams, meaning you can focus on building your skills and reaching your potential.
THE JOB:
- Face-to-face sales via residential campaigns, retail events and b2b
- Building and growing your own fundraising portfolio
- Completing all training and compliance provided by management and clients
- Ensuring fundraising meets internal and industry compliance standards
- Reporting sales to fundraisers and team leaders
- Opportunity for developing your fundraising talent into a team leadership role
- Creating a positive culture
You’ll be travelling between your office and team: training and fundraising alongside them, so a full, clean driving license would be beneficial although this is not necessary
