Vacancy InformationDue to continual shop growth, we have a fantastic opportunity to join the Senior Retail team here at Greggs as Regional Operations Manager, this role also has future potential to progress within the company to the role of Head of Retail for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will own the delivery and operation of a diverse retail portfolio across our shop estate from the South-West to London, circa 120 shops. As Regional Operations Manager you will have a breadth of experience of new shop opening, along with operating shops in a range of locations such as high street, travel hubs and out of town.
You will be an experienced manager with proven experience in managing and developing an ambitious team of Area Managers as well as leading the retail team.
25 days (5 weeks) annual leave, pro-rated, increasing with service (in addition to bank holidays), plus 1 additional floating day
