We are the EE & BT Consumer retailer business. Working at EE Store (fka BT Shop) is unique within BT. You’ll be part of an end to end team that supports the broader Consumer business helping to maximise the experience customers get from Broadband, Mobile, TV, Sport and fixed line services, with the latest technology from the biggest brands.
We’re undergoing a digital transformation that takes the right products, to the right customers, at the right time. You’ll have a direct impact on the products and brands we put in front of our consumer customers and the way we talk to them!

This is a key role in creating the range and optimising the product portfolio of EE Store / BT Shop, both on BT and non-BT branded products, to deliver Financials and Strategic BT Shop goals.
Building important and strategic supplier relationships with partner brands that deliver product which maximise customer experience from BT and EE Core Consumer propositions.
What you’ll be doing
1. You'll be managing a range of often complex product areas to drive towards the financial and non-financial and KPIs
2. Develop and manage vendor relationships to aid improvement of commercials within own product area including revenue, GP, VI and access to deals
3. Managing pricing strategy based on business strategy, market and competitor knowledge
4. Proactive promotion and deal management
5. Presenting vendor business reviews periodically, ensuring business strategies are aligned and medium to long term plans are defined
6. Full responsibility for aged stock and profitability within owned categories
We'll also need to see these on your CV
Skills:
  • Strong commercial skills and understanding of impact on P&L
  • Strong knowledge of own product categories to inform content for marketing campaigns such as email, print marketing
  • Very strong relationship skills to work effectively with vendors and the product teams, our sales channels and external suppliers and partners
  • Understanding of vendor strategies to enable BT Shop to support these and drive Vendor marketing funding
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
