Job description
RETAIL & ONLINE SALES ASSISTANT (FULL TIME – Blakemere)
PAU Run & Ride are online too!
Our newest cycling and running shop at Blakemere (nr Northwich, Cheshire) has been open for a few months and it’s going really well - so well in fact, that we need to expand the team again to encompass the increase in demand for online sales!
These are exciting times for our growing business and we’re looking to recruit a full time sales assistant who’s passionate and knowledgeable about running and cycling and who’s keen to share their passion by contributing to the delivery of a world class customer experience.
If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, have a great working knowledge of bicycles and a keen interest in our products, and if you excel at achieving face to face sales, and are equally confident responding to online queries, then we want to hear from you.
Job Details:
We need to fill a full time, permanent role of 40 hours per week delivered over 7 days on a rotating shift pattern (typically working 5 days out of 7). Shifts will include working some weekends and bank holidays and from time to time, when we run in-person events in store, you may be required to work into early evening to support that, and of course we may also need to you help cover seasonally extended opening hours, holidays, sickness, etc.
You’ll have an annual leave entitlement of 28 days per annum inclusive of bank holidays.
As part of a small team, commitment and flexibility are essential; whilst we need you to be flexible to help us run a great business, we’ll be flexible wherever we can too, so if you can’t do a particular day or simply need to make sure you can do the school run on Thursdays, tell us when you apply – maybe we can work it out together!
