We have an exciting new opportunity for a Mobile Beauty Advisor to join La Prairie to support the London region and surrounding areas.
ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Mobile Beauty Advisor is to support teams in several stores to achieve their sales targets by providing excellent LA PRAIRIE customer service & experience. Most of the times, the Mobile Beauty Advisor will take over the role of a Beauty Advisor during his/her holidays or sickness leaves and therefore is expected to be geographically mobile from one store to another in a short period of time.
The person will be responsible for driving sales within these stores through having a positive impact and influence within the store in which they work. The mobile Beauty Advisor should also assist the manager by taking on key responsibilities to support the store in which they work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales and Customer Service
Supports stores to achieve sales targets and KPI’s focusing on RECRUITMENT & RETENTION
Working with the Retail Sales Manager, Account and Business Managers to find ways to increase retail sales
Deliver LA PRAIRIE customer service excellence with every clients & prospects
Bond with customers deeply to create a long-lasting relationship incl. with the brand
Perform all LA PRAIRIE services to drive sales and brand loyalty
Excellence of Execution
Be a LA PRAIRIE evangelist to our prospects and clients sharing the unique brand story-telling and delivering the ultimate service experience
Master LA PRAIRIE brand & product knowledge
Be fully aware of all company and retailer initiatives relevant to your account, pro-actively propose how to maximize opportunities
Follow all company merchandising guidelines on both permanent and promotional space
Accurately complete administrative work within set guidelines and time limits, including any required feedback
Support stores in planning and executing customer eventing in line with brand equity
Adhere to LA PRAIRIE uniform and grooming guidelines
Work within the retailer Code of Conduct guidelines and KPIs
Address any ad-hoc requests from Regional Sales Manager, escalate any issues in order to solve them in a timely manner
Teamwork
The role of mobile consultant requires a delicate balance of relationship building within each account and so much be able to adapt to different ways of working and personalities in each store
Provide mentoring support for new recruits to develop their product knowledge, selling skills and administrational abilities
Grow networks with the wider LA PRAIRIE team
Maintain excellent communication with all Managers and Head Office, be a key relay of insights as working in several point of sales
Develop and maintain relationships with retailer staff and management
Be available for ad-hoc mentoring for new team members in the field
