Job description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinators are responsible for: intake of new incoming requests during your scheduled shift
- Valuable client communications including,
- FLR within SLA window
- For quick turn requests, one complete delivery email within SLA window
- For more complex requests, a thoughtful FLR and follow up with a reasonable ETC window
- All client communications are followed
- Creation tasks related to new requests
- A CX task for every new request
- Additional department tasks, as needed by request
- Proper handling/assignment of CX task based on
- Task complexity,
- Requested completion date,
- Project specific escalation needs
- Execution of these repeatable tasks
- Handling initial Relativity user creation/group assignment
- Data intake tasks to EH
- Data processing tasks to DS
- Routine reporting needs (weekly baseline report/repeatable project specific reports)
- Submission of consistent daily time tracking
- Queue Management
- Setting reasonable due dates for CX director prioritization efforts
- Escalating high priority, deadline nearing tasks to leadership
- Assigning out tasks not yet assigned
- Monitoring for jobs stuck in Lineal organization (waiting status via other departments)
- Internal Communications
- Creation of daily handoff reports/lists
- Prioritize list of work to be handed off to next CX shift
- Identify tasks that may require further escalation, route to escalation points
- Identify open items that need subsequent email communications/updated ETC
- Some experience in an administrative role with history of supporting larges teams and at the executive level
- Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate across teams
- Knowledge of eDiscovery managed review services is a plus
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Working knowledge of excel and experience with timekeeping software required
