Retail Merchandise Assistants

Who are we?
National Merchandise offers a wide range of services including; Merchandise Development, Venue Merchandise Sales Management and Live Event Merchandise Sales.
We manage the venue merchandising teams for the O2 London, Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, Glasgow SSE Hydro Arena and the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool to name a few. In addition, we manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live events across live venues around the UK.
No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise! We cover all level of events from a small programme sporting event to a large stadium concert merchandise event.
What are we looking for?
From the end of August 2022, National Merchandise is expanding to include venue merchandising for the Sheffield Arena and City Hall, Sheffield. As part of this new venture, we are looking for Retail Merchandise Assistants.
Working with the Merchandise Manager you will provide a top-quality Customer Service at our indoor and outdoor events.
Responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is displayed to attract maximum sales you will also be comfortable with handling cash and card transactions.
With previous experience of working within customer service or retail, you will have the ability to calculate totals using mental math’s. You will be great at working under pressure with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working on a casual, zero hours basis, you will be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays when necessary.
National minimum wage + 12.07% holiday pay.
