Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, the Retail Marketing Manager will lead the development of new and existing propositions in store using data to test, learn and where applicable ensure readiness for estate wide roll out. This role will also, in close conjunction with the Design Studio, be responsible for maintaining, updating and continually socialising across the wider business the brand guidelines.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create, test, land & learn marketing material to support the wellness futures business and new retail propositions.
- Turning business requirements into the correct marketing support and ensuring this support is monitored, measured and updated as and when required.
- Delivering marketing initiatives within budget
- Working closely with senior stakeholders & cross-functional working with other core teams – incl. Store Formats, Trading, Retail Operations, Merchandising and Field Management.
- Continuous development and improvement on the current H&B brand guidelines to ensure they're fit for purpose and the changing requirements of the business.
- Experience in Retail marketing for a major retailer
- Ability to work cross-functionally effectively
- Demonstrable evidence of establishing marketing plans and measuring effectiveness
- Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Good team player, who can work well with colleagues in wider marketing team
