Job description
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive to support with the planning and execution of the Retail Marketing Plans, supporting on key product launch campaigns, stadium tour marketing and joint brand initiatives with the Club’s key retail-focused commercial partners.

Your day-to-day
- Supporting the Retail Marketing Manager and Senior Retail Marketing Executive in the delivery of the retail marketing strategy.
- Supporting on all end-to-end retail marketing executions and leading on individual projects; adapting, re-purposing across digital and physical locations.
- Collaborating with internal creative and external agency resources.
- Supporting the development of the retail marketing calendar and establishing processes to deliver campaign execution and analysis.
- Innovate in serving the Arsenal supporter across the matchday and non-matchday retail experience to drive growth across retail and achieve revenue targets.
- Utilising data and insight to shape future retail marketing campaigns.
- Owning the email and push notification channels from brief to launch.
- Assisting on pre-production of photoshoots including liaising with wider internal teams and sample preparation.
- Leading on wrap up reporting on key campaigns and deliver to relevant stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- Retail marketing experience within a consumer-led brand.
- Strong interest in following marketing trends and consumer behaviour.
- Demonstrable experience of successful agency and/or internal creative team management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A creative mindset combined with organisational and procedural skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
- A strong influencer and a highly skilled written and verbal communicator.
