- Hours: Monday to Friday between - 10 am to 7 pm
- Location: Sheffield
- Salary:21,673.60 basic + Bonus (OTE £25k)
The role:
As a Call Handler you will be representing a well-known brand handling calls from customers. We are recruiting for an outbound campaign calling existing customers.
We are looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy the thrill of helping and are passionate about customer service.
Your daily duties as a Call Handler:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Having great product knowledge
- Dealing with any questions/queries
- Problem solving and solution finding
- Manage customer expectations
- Objection Handling
