Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Clienteling team in implementing a strategic approach to the business with a client-centric mindset:
- Support the Clienteling Team in planning and coordinating Clienteling initiatives:
- Support the Clienteling Team in assisting all European stores with the new Digital clienteling application:
- Support in Reporting and Recapitulating on clienteling initiatives:

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Computer skills: Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.), Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus (Italian, French, Spanish, German, Arabic)
- Strong communication skills (copywriting & presenting) and stakeholder management are essential
- Creative problem solving
- Proactive, organised and able to take initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules, with strong detail orientation
- Marketing, CRM or Business Management experience in fashion or luxury appreciated
