As the Retail Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind the magic, overseeing our stores in Newry and Belfast. You'll be the rug guru, the sales superhero, and the team cheerleader all rolled into one.

- Rug Connoisseur: Dive headfirst into the world of rugs and become the ultimate expert. From fluffy shags to elegant Persian designs, your knowledge will be boundless. If someone sneezes, you'll know which rug to recommend!
- Team Captain: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates who share your passion for all things rug-related. Help them tap into their inner rug aficionado and guide them to sales success.
- Rug Stylist: Use your creative flair to curate stunning rug displays that turn heads and make customers weak at the knees. You'll transform our stores into rug wonderlands, leaving everyone in awe of your impeccable taste.
- Customer Whisperer: Delight customers with your sparkling personality and unmatched customer service skills. From guiding them through the rug selection process to solving their rug-related conundrums, you'll be their rug guardian angel.
- Operational Juggler: Keep all the retail cogs turning smoothly by managing inventory, handling cash flow, and ensuring the stores are stocked with the finest rugs known to humankind. Think of it as your rug empire, and you're the ultimate ruler!
What we're looking for in you
- Retail Warrior: You've battled in the retail trenches, armed with at least 2 years of experience in a management role. We need someone who can tame the chaos and emerge victorious with a smile.
- Rug Obsessed: Your love for rugs is not a fleeting fling; it's a lifelong commitment. You'll eat, sleep, and breathe rugs, always staying ahead of the latest trends and innovations.
- Superb Communication Skills: Your words will flow like a silky rug, captivating customers and inspiring your team. You'll have the charisma to make rugs sound irresistible, even to the most rug-resistant individuals.
- Organizational Wizard: Keeping track of inventory, schedules, and sales metrics will be a piece of cake for you. You'll be a multitasking marvel who can spin plates while doing a jig.
- Location Maestro: Splitting your time between the enchanting town of Newry and the bustling city of Belfast, you'll need to be a master of logistics. A valid driver's license and a dash of teleportation skills wouldn't hurt!
