IKEA Croydon are looking to welcome Sales & Sustainability Manager to lead our spirited Circular Hub team.
The purpose of the job is to support the store's different functions in preventing the occurrence of unnecessary costs related to our products, improve the customer's quality perception and to give products a second chance while keeping the financial result, quality and sustainability in mind.
In the IKEA world, we call this position a Recovery Manager

JOB SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES
- Pro-active and analytical with a focus on identifying root causes and taking the lead in reaching better ways of working within the recovery and quality processes.
- Ability to relate the work of the Recovery department to quality and sustainability.
- Good operational understanding and logical thinking.
- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to lead business through people by demonstrating high leadership capabilities
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Solid experience of business processes and working methods within IKEA retailing.
- Ability to drive the business with a strong will.
- Experience of leading and developing people.
- Self-reliant with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
- Experience of creating and implementing plans, setting budgets and following up goals.
- Ability to solve problems or find new ways of working by identifying solution sources and/or ideas.
