Join our team as a Full Time Events & Partnerships Sales Manager, where you’ll create, support, coach and motivate a team of Field Event & Partnerships Advisors to showcase our full range of products and services to potential new and existing customers. In addition, you’ll have your own personal sales targets to achieve.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility and support you need to make an impact: making fans of the products you love, hitting targets and delivering cracking customer service with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively approach customers to achieve your own personal Sales targets and KPIs, while delivering an unforgettable experience
- Achieve a balanced and consistent sales and customer experience performance across your area, focused on participation as well as deliverables
- Understand and take responsibility for the people metrics in your area, i.e. recruitment, learning, performance management, engagement etc
- Work various shift patterns across 5 days out of 7 (40hrs p/wk), including evenings and weekends
- Be able to commit to overnight stays for national events where required
Where you’ll work:
Your location will vary from week to week and will rotate around all-weather external venues, across London and the home counties with occasional national events. You’ll be responsible for the set up and all health & safety aspects of your mobile venue, including minor manual handling and occasionally working at low heights.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
- Ability and willingness to proactively engage with customers to achieve and exceed your sales targets
- Self-motivation and the autonomy to drive both your own and your team’s success
- A passion for developing people through strong and effective coaching
- Resilience and will embrace change in a fast paced ever-evolving environment
