Shri Krishna stores ltd is looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers with precision and enthusiasm. cashier duties include receiving payments and issuing receipts, selling food and merchandise, and keeping track of all transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how to use electronic payment systems. You’ll use your brain to ensure customers are happy and their orders are processed accurately. If you’re happy performing tasks under pressure, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help maintain our image as a reliable and trustworthy company.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions with customers using electronic payment systems and cash register
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit card
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Answer customers’ questions about products services
- Track transactions and report sales/status status
- Maintain equipment and the general condition of the shop
Requirements
- Work experience as a cashier or in a customer service role (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and reliable figure
- High school diploma
Job Types: Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Part-time
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
