What does this role involve?
Our Energy Hubs are located on the high streets, to service customers in their own communities.
We have an exciting, Part Time Energy Expert opportunity available in our Hartlepool Energy Hub. This role is 20 hours per week including some Saturdays and we are flexible on the remaining hours during the weekdays.
You will be welcoming customers into the hub and dealing with a variety of queries – this could be giving energy efficiency advice to save money (and the planet) or answering questions on our live webchat.
But it does not stop there as this is NOT your traditional retail role. You will also work alongside your retail team to give back to the local community. This means you will get the chance to work closely with organisations and charities to help with fundraising and delivery of vital services.
