Hancocks Cash & Carry is part of the World of Sweets Group and is the country’s leading confectionery trade-only cash and carry.
We have a vacancy for a part time Retail Assistant (30 hours per week) at our Hull (HU7 0YF) Cash & Carry Store
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Temporary 3 Month Contract
As a Retail Assistant your key duties will be:
- Checkout operation.
- Stock replenishment.
- Give great customer service.
- To join as part of a small, friendly, hard-working team.
Retail Assistant requirements are:
- Experience within a retail or wholesale environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Cash handling / till / checkout experience preferred but not essential.
- Good organisational skills and a grasp of basic numeracy.
- The ability to communicate well at all levels.
- The drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable person who can build relationships with both customers and staff.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £10.42-£10.82 per hour
