What we need…
We are on the lookout for a Store Assistant Manager to join our Downpatrick store. We want someone with hands-on management experience, namely in a retail environment. We will however assess suitability on an individual basis so if you have managed in a different environment, we will assess transferrable skills!
What you will do...
Lead & develop a team that drives results through target setting, empowerment & strategy.- Grow sales & profitability through the effective management of the operational costs for your store versus turnover
- FLASH - ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the team understand how we do it at DV8
- Ensure customer - staff health & safety through effective management of housekeeping, documentation & reviews where appropriate
- CTP (Cleanliness, Tidiness, priced products) ensures our customer have the best shopping experience with us. You will take a key role in meeting this expectation and ensuring your team does this too
- Security – Take the lead in ensuring store security at all times by following procedures & keyholding. You will also ensure others do this too.
