We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team on a zero hour basis with around one to two shifts per week with potential for overtime. The role will include weekends.
What you'll be doing:
To assist the White Rose Store Managers in all aspects of the day to day running of the White Rose Shops. This includes:
· Delivering excellent customer service
· Working in a small team including with our amazing volunteers
· Serving our customers on the till system
· Store visual merchandising and stock preparation
· Assisting the store manager with social media content and posts
· Ensuring the store is well presented, clean and tidy
· Promoting the work of our charity, the Aegis Trust
Your experience:
· Previous experience in a retail environment
· An interest in fashion
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Good organisation skills
