We’re looking for a talented Stylist to join our experienced showroom team in Glasgow that leads from the front to help our customers look and feel great in their IOLLA eyewear!

If you love working with people, have a passion for great customer service and, ideally, have optical knowledge, this combination will deliver a spectacular customer experience. An interest in eyewear, and a passion for fashion is a plus!

About the Role:

Customer Experience - Our stylist role plays a key part within the showroom team. We measure the success of our Showrooms first and foremost on the experiences they generate for our people and our community of customers. You will your team to deliver a world class service, maintaining our NPS score of 92.

Optics - You will help our customers with all things optical - from understanding their prescription to helping them select frames that best suit their needs (whilst looking great at the same time!). Our stylists learn all things aftercare, too - truly offering a seamless customer experience.

Knowledge sharing - We are one team at IOLLA. You will always be looking for opportunities to share your knowledge with your team - we champion collaboration.

• You have at least 1 year of optical experience / retail or customer service experience
