Batch'd is a nationwide bakery business which specialises in selling high quality, locally sourced sweet treats. We are proud to work with a variety of small-scale niche bakeries who each supply the Batch'd brand with a different product.
Batch'd sell an enormous range of baked goods, including donuts, brownies and cookies.
Batch'd is a rapidly expanding business, with our products going down a treat wherever we have gone. We are now looking for capable hardworking individuals to join our team in the Victoria shopping centre.
Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience gained within a similar role and will be bursting with energy and positivity. You must be reliable and have excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing day to day set up of the shop
- Responsible for the general quality and standards of the shop
- Driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Hygiene and food safety compliance
- Greet and deal with customer’s requests with a smile
- Serve customers and take payments using the card machine
- General housekeeping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the areas
