Cardzone Ltd is a family run business that has built up an estate of over 180 card and gift shops over the last 15 years. We trade under a number of different names including Hallmark, Card Centre, Paper Kisses, Mooch, Home & Fragrance and Yankee Candle.
We are currently recruiting for a full time Area Manager to service South East Area.
The Candidate must demonstrate the following:
- A Passion for retail with strong customer service values, specialising in Greeting Cards.
- Strong leader with the ability to identify and be consistent with sales growth.
- An eye for detail, with the ability to identify and be consistent with sales growth.
- Complete regular store visits.
- Complete weekly sales reports, strong knowledge of word and excel.
- Overseeing store operations including stock control, health and safety, security, point of sale.
- Recruit and manage each individual store manager to enable them to deliver high store performance and development of their teams.
- At least 3 years' experience within a similar roles, previous greeting card experience essential.
