What the job is all about »
Our Logistics Team play a key role in the delivery of all Hawk-Eye services around the sporting world, ensuring that our people and our technology are in the right place at the right time. In this role, you'll be supporting our Tour Sports, which includes Cricket, Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Rugby and a whole lot more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations and Management Teams to arrange travel, accommodation and car hire for sporting events all over the world (including: IPL Cricket, ATP & WTA Tennis, Six Nations Rugby, Volleyball Nations League and many more!)
  • Coordinate with our preferred freight forwarders to procure the most cost effective option to deliver our equipment to site in a timely manner
  • Organising courier collection and deliveries
  • Arrange accreditations for operational teams.
  • Creating shipping documentation for both temporary and permanent importations
  • Support operational staff in obtaining visas and travel documentation
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide successful logistics delivery at events.
  • Seek ways to improve our efficiency across the business by exploring new relationships with suppliers, refining our policies and procedures etc.
  • Provide solutions and offer support to some of the day to day challenges of global operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellent communication and administration skills, performed with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload
  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure and balance many tasks simultaneously
  • Friendly, approachable attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Desire to learn and grow with Hawk-Eye; and motivation to get stuck in with new projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability – the responsibilities and priorities for this role change on a weekly or sometimes daily basis!
  • Preferably some knowledge or experience in the field of logistics, particularly air and road freight
  • An interest in sport is desirable
