You are collaborative and support the rest of your team in the running of a great YO!· You keep yourself well informed of what’s going on and what’s new to YO! by regularly checking YO! 360 (internal comms platform), attending Team Meetings and interacting with Team Briefs.· As a YO! FOH team aim to deliver an exceptional guest experience across each & every shift.· Any guest interactions are quickly followed up throughout the day. If we ever deviate from delivering our high standards, we make it right to quickly resolve and ensure all guests leave happy and advocates of our brand.Profitability· You help to drive sales and drive repeat business by flawless execution of delivering a great guest experience which makes our guests want to come back time & time again. There is no better marketing than ‘word of mouth’ and nothing will drive more business than returning guests who then share their great experience with friends & family!· You are always on the lookout for an additional sale, you actively upsell to all your guests to maximise average spend per head.· You share innovations with your management team when you identify potential areas to improve profit and reduce any areas of wastage.Safety· As a YO! Team Member you are committed to the safety of our Team & Guests within the restaurant.· The YO! Trail (Due Diligence app) is the ‘holy grail’ within our restaurants for maintaining a safe environment and all aspects of this important document are followed on a daily basis.· All cleaning tasks are completed and signed off in a timely manner as described in the Trail app.· Everyone in YO! is further responsible for the good maintenance of our restaurant and the equipment found within. If you spot any problems, you quickly report these to a manager for action.How we measure your performance· Regular YO! team Reviews (Check in’s, Annual Reviews and Request a catch up)· Guest Feedback scores (via Yumpingo and guest contacts)· Sales & Profitability of the restaurant· Health & Safety Audits from Shield, YO! and EHO Scores on the DoorsYou:· We offer full training but a current Team Member within service environment is preferable.· Adaptable and Flexible to learning all the sections of a YO! restaurant· Hands on, dynamic and a great team player· Committed to guest satisfaction and always looking for opportunities to make that guest experience that extra bit special!· Reliable and good time keeping is essentialOur StandardsAs a member of the ‘YO!
