Guildford Manor is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic & organised F&B supervisor to lead our team.
The candidate will require their own form of motor transport, as the hotel is difficult to access via public transport and live in accommodation is not on offer at this time.
Salary breakdown:
£26k salary + £2.5k guaranteed service charge

Requirements of the role
- Leadership & management quality, to lead and train a small team during busy services
- Be in charge of the alcohol order
- Cash up after shift & report to General Manager
- Well presentable for front of house
- Warm and welcoming disposition when dealing with guests.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Experience of doing social media posts for businesses.
- Hands on approach with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Full-time role - 40hrs per week
Responsibilities of the Role
- First impressions is everything - Being presentable and greeting every guest at the hotel in a very warm and welcoming manner consistently.
- Smooth running of the bar and restaurant.
- Answering telephone for hotel enquiries.
- Help with events & weddings.
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
