THE ROLE
As a Duty Manager you will...
- Help the Assistant Manager and the General Manager
- Help with opening and closing procedures
- Look after our guests
- Supervise the team
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
- Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

THE LOCATION
Against the backdrop of the magnificent gothic style Ely Cathedral, you’ll find our Ely Prezzo restaurant. Housed in a lovingly restored period building, we’ve carefully chosen the restaurant décor to complement the historical surroundings. Weather permitting, finish your day sightseeing with a delicious meal on our terrace overlooking the Cathedral, or pick a comfortable corner inside to settle in for a night of good food and great company.
