We are looking for an experienced and reliable Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house teams to provide outstanding customer dining experiences, whilst collaborating with our kitchen brigade who create mouth watering dishes to maintain a brilliantly clean, absolutely safe and perfectly organised cooking environment! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to further develop themselves and progress onto senior roles in a quickly expanding company, with several new branches planned to open further this year.
As Manager, you will have the drive, knowledge and determination to ensure all daily tasks and operations are running seamlessly to company standards. You will create and manage a thriving working environment, by recruiting, training and developing your team members to achieve excellence. You’ll be serving our amazingly tasty dishes and leading by example to inspire your crew, ensuring that we deliver consistent high quality experiences to our customers with a keen eye for detail.
We expect the ideal candidate to have at least 3 years of managing experience in the food & beverage or hospitality business sector and to have at least attained level 2 in food safety and hygiene certification to ensure their competence to manage operations to industry standards. You will also be responsible for managing stock control, P&L budgets and KPI reviews, working closely with your Area Manager to accomplish financial targets and company goals.

Job responsibilities include:
- Oversee and ensure entire restaurant operations are in accordance to all food safety regulations
- Train, mentor and develop your team to excellence
- Direct all activities in the restaurant to ensure that all targets (KPIs) deadlines are met
- Oversee the restaurant's financial management, planning, systems and controls
- Participation in weekly/monthly meetings with store managers and area managers
- Ensuring both FOH & BOH are compliant with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guidelines
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff, planning staff rotas
- Agreeing and managing budgets, keeping statistical and financial records
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies
