We are looking to welcome you to join our fantastic Customer Services team as a Customer Relations Co-worker.

Expected Starting Date: 15th October 2023

WHAT WE OFFER
  • £10.90 basic hourly rate
  • Living Wage Foundation Employer

Part Time - Various Contract sizes between 12-24 hours working 3 out of 4 weekends and late evenings. A full discussion around your preferred number of hours, the number of days you would be expected to work and your availability will be had at interview.

We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be on checkouts and the next minute, you could be meeting and greeting our customers, managing a queue, hosting trolleys, or assisting customers. This is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outside.

  • You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
  • Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions.
  • You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
