We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Cafe Manager to join the White Rabbit Projects team at our brand-new opening in Kensington. As a Cafe Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant and bustling cafe. If you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

· Manage all aspects of the cafe's operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

· Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and adherence to company policies.

· Develop and maintain a positive and energetic work environment for the cafe team.

· Create and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.

· Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage expenses to achieve financial targets.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.

· Collaborate with the senior team to develop and execute promotional activities to attract new customers and enhance customer loyalty.

· Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the cafe's offerings.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

· Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization.

· Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique and delightful food and beverage offerings.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
