Job description
The role of the Restaurant Manager is to manage and develop the Floor department, including writing rota's and executing any training needs. Alongside the entire management team, they must also oversee the internal sales growth initiatives, standards of service, quality and the cost of consumption of food in their unit. As well as running shift, they will assist the management team in operating and maintaining the unit to maximise profitability while ensuring that company standards, policies and procedures are maintained.
