Job description
Hiring Restaurant Managers for Tim Hortons.
Starting salary of $50k plus opportunity to earn bonuses up $22,000 per year. Also includes medical and dental benefits plan. Cell phone reimbursement also included along with other benefits such as food program.
****Letters of employment provided as required for PR process. LMIA candidates also considered.
You should have management experience, preferably in Food and Beverage. In addition to your leadership skills, you would possess the following qualities/skills:
· Self-motivated and performance driven
· Organizational and time management skills
· Possess strong communication/people skills
· Embrace responsibility and be accountable for achieving target
· Be able to quickly identify and solve problems with efficiency
Compensation is negotiable. Further detail into this will be provided later in the hiring process.
