About the Role
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join an award-winning team. The Paid Media Specialist will have experience running conversion-based campaigns for clients by strategising, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google and META. This role requires knowledge of digital marketing trends, with the ability to support and coach colleagues in paid media optimisation.
Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and optimise high-performing paid media Ad campaigns for TA6 Alliance Leisure, with a focus on driving conversions and delivering a strong ROI.
· Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to create compelling ad content.
· Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise results.
· Collaborate with our account management team to develop cohesive strategies that deliver results for each client across all channels including Google, Meta, Snap, Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new techniques and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective campaigns and optimal allocation of resources.
· Produce regular reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
· Qualification in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
· A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media Ads campaign management, with a proven track record of driving results.
· Google Ads certification.
· Strong understanding of PPC strategies, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad optimisation.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of the health, fitness and leisure industry is desirable but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
